Summer Camp Costs
CAMP believes income should never be a barrier to attending programs, and we are here to help families explore available options for participation. The full fee for a summer camp session is $2,700. Families may choose to pay the full fee, utilize respite units, apply through the Scholarship Tier, or request additional financial assistance.
While CAMP’s additional financial assistance program resources are limited, our team is available to help identify and connect families with potential funding opportunities and support resources whenever possible.
Respite Funding
If your camper has funding through a Medicaid Waiver Program (MDCP, CLASS, TxHmL, HCS, DBMD) or other non-waiver program, your case manager must submit a letter of authorization to CAMP guaranteeing payment. Authorizations should be e-mailed to familysupport@campcamp.org.
Scholarship Tier
CAMP offers a Scholarship Tier to pay a reduced fee based on household income. You will need to submit your most recent IRS 1040 tax form to meet the Scholarship Tier requirements.
Additional assistance may be provided outside the Scholarship Tier upon request. Email familysupport@campcamp.org for more information.
If you have no taxable income, then download the “Statement of Non-Taxable Income” from the application.
