The full fee of summer camp is $1,700 per session. CAMP believes that income should never be a barrier to attend programs and we are here to help. If your Camper has agency funding OR you are unable to afford the full fee, please review the following to see if these options may apply:
If your Camper has funding through a Medicaid Waiver Program (MDCP, CLASS, TxHmL, HCS, DBMD) or other non-waiver agency, you must have your Case Manager submit a letter of authorization to us guaranteeing payment of the full camp fee. If your Camper does not receive funding and you cannot afford the full fee, you can use the Scholarship Tier payment option below to reduce the full fee. You will need to submit your 2020 IRS 1040 tax form to complete the program requirements.

Additional assistance may be provided outside the Scholarship Tier upon request. More details are available on the online application.
The Scholarship Tier costs are offered based on family income. The family’s 2020 IRS 1040 must be submitted to qualify for this payment option.
If your household received no taxable income for 2020 then download the “Statement of Non Taxable Income” from the online application. Complete the form, and then submit it with supporting documentation and payment (unless paid online).
Foster Families – If your camper has been placed in foster care by DFPS, then download the “Foster Parent Worksheet” and follow instructions on that form. Submit the form with payment.
