Children’s Association for Maximum Potential (CAMP), located in San Antonio & Center Point, is actively searching for an exceptional leader to join our team as a Camp Director. With a legacy spanning nearly 45 years, CAMP strengthens and inspires individuals with developmental, intellectual, medical, and behavioral needs through recreational and educational programming. The Camp Director will oversee the residential Summer Camp program and our year-round initiatives, including weekend camps, day programs, and evening activities. This role reports to the Chief Program Officer.
The annual compensation for this role is $65,000 plus on-site housing, which includes utilities: electricity, water, sewer, trash, and internet. CAMP also offers a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health insurance, a generous leave program, a 403(b) plan with employer contributions, and support for continuing education.
