The Peña Family's Story

          Alyssa was a freshman in high school when Mr. and Mrs. Peña decided to send her to CAMP. Although they were incredibly nervous, their feelings quickly changed after meeting the dedicated CAMP staff and volunteers. The Peñas were reassured they had found a supportive and nurturing environment where Alyssa would thrive.  

          At CAMP, Alyssa discovered new passions and gained remarkable confidence. Alyssa’s journey highlights the value of CAMP in fostering growth, inclusion, and empowerment. The Peña’s story underscores the importance of independence and the joy of new experiences for campers like Alyssa.
