Parent’s Night Out (PNO) is a childcare and enrichment activity program for children with special needs and their siblings, aged 6 months to 13 years. During a PNO, children participate in several fun, theme related games, a craft, and enjoy a small snack and drink. Dinner is not provided at PNO events. PNO events are free of charge for current season Respite Club members.
PNO meets at the Admiral Boorda Center/CAMP building at Lackland Air Force Base on scheduled Friday nights, September through May, from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. All Respite Club members who enroll for PNO will be able to access the site during the event, regardless of military status.
Families must enroll in the Respite Club each season to participate. Once a family becomes Respite Club members, PNO event enrollment will be available to them on a monthly basis. For more information on PNO, contact Michelle Elble at firstname.lastname@example.org or call (210) 671-8112.
