CAMPfest Exhibitor Information & Registration

Time: 11am - 3pm (10am arrival to set-up)

This one-day open house is free to attend and everyone in the South Texas community is invited. CAMPfest gives parents and caregivers an opportunity to spend a day enjoying all the activities CAMP has to offer, including an interactive resource fair full of partnering agencies.

In response to the growing number of needs faced by families caring for a child with a medical condition or disability, the resource fair at CAMPfest is being expanded to better serve families in a collaborative environment. We are inviting organizations to host an interactive carnival game to engage with 300+ participants while parents chat and learn more about the valuable resources available to them.

Organizations serving the disability community are invited to host a booth at the resource fair. If you organize and host a carnival activity, it is free to participate; however should you prefer not to organize an activity and prizes, you may register as a Resource Fair Sponsor instead for $300. As a Resource Fair Sponsor, CAMP will provide the carnival-style game at your booth and provide a volunteer to host it and award prizes on your behalf. Your organization will also have sponsorship signage on display at one of our many CAMP activities, promoting your booth at the Resource Fair.
